Terms and Conditions

1. Object of the contract

These general terms and conditions ("GTC") govern, with our privacy policy and all other policies or guidelines posted on www.my-coolpay.com, the terms of use of our platform (website and mobile applications) and constitute the contract between you and DIGITAL HOUSE INTERNATIONAL, a company that publishes the My-CoolPay platform specialized in the development of of innovative IT solutions for companies and Innovative and disruptive services (including financial services) for the greatest mass.

The purpose of this contract is therefore to regulate access and the terms and conditions of to use the My-CoolPay platform. We invite you to read it carefully.

By clicking on the Login, Registration and Confirmation buttons of an operation on the platform, you acknowledge that you have taken note of the following and accept all of these terms and conditions in full.

2. Presentation of My-CoolPay

My-CoolPay is a PSP (Payment Service Provider), platform that provides intermediary payment services ensuring the connection between companies and/or institutions financial institutions and their Cameroonian and international clients.

My-Coolpay is also an aggregator that, in partnership with banks, mobile money operators and money transfer services allows for national and international payments. Payments that can be made from mobile money (Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, Expres Union Mobile Money, ...) and credit cards.

My-CoolPay also offers the service of money to a bank account or a mobile money (Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, Expres Union Mobile Money, ...).

Your registration is not limited in time. Either you or we may terminate the registration at any time by observing a notice period of two working days. The right of termination Extraordinary for serious reasons is kept.

3. Account types

My-CoolPay offers two types of accounts, namely : Personal Account (e-wallet) and Business Account/Merchant Account

To create an account on My-CoolPay, you must have an A valid phone number, identified by a cell phone operator and an email address.

However, My-Coolpay reserves the right to accept your membership or not to its platform. for the use of the services offered. 6. Errors and failed, unauthorized or denied transactions

7. Limitations of My-CoolPay's liability

Nous ne sommes pas en mesure de prétendre à la mise en place des fonctions spécifiques pour chaque utilisateur ou même de garantir la disponibilité de notre service à tout moment. Toutefois, nous sommes en droit à tout moment, de procéder à des modifications au niveau des contenus ou des fonctionnalités (via des correctifs, mises à jour, …). Des problèmes techniques ou des mesures de maintenances peuvent entraîner l’indisponibilité de la plateforme. Dans l’un ou l’autre cas, nous nous engageons à faire de notre mieux pour que tout reviennent à la normale dans les plus brefs délais.

My-CoolPay is responsible for the connection between the company and its customer. at the time of payment and the payment process.

My-CoolPay does not guarantee the reliability of the company on which you make the payment.

8. Paiements

8.1- Provision of means of payment

My-CoolPay to make available to users the payment methods integrated on its platform. with the exception of bank cards if the user is not installed in Cameroon, except in the following cases particular (to be studied with our compliance)

8.2- payments refused or failed

When a payment is made, if only one step of the procedure is validated (wrong information in the dialog box, password error, wrong confirmation code, insufficient balance, etc), the transaction is automatically interrupted or cancelled and your account balance remains unchanged.

8.3- Payment via international means (VISA, MASTERCARD, etc.)

When the payer chooses an international payment method (VISA, MasterCard, etc.), My-CoolPay converted the initial amount to be paid in an international currency (USD or EUR), adds a fee of changes (at the expense of the paying end customer) in the event of a change in the due date. If the payment is successful, the amount paid deducted from My-CoolPay service fees and commissions is automatically added to your account balance.

8.4- Processing time for payments and withdrawals

Payments are processed and confirmed instantly. Updating your balance can be done by against taking a few minutes (although this is rare) depending on network availability.

Withdrawal of money from your account to outside (Bank account, Mobile money, ...) or cash via a partner network is carried out according to the processing time of the means of payment:

If a transaction (payment, withdrawal, My-CoolPay account recharge, contribution to a jackpot) is not possible, My-CoolPay will instantly inform you of the failure and/or refusal of the transaction.

DIGITAL HOUSE INTERNATIONAL may at any time modify these terms and conditions in order to to adapt to its technological and business environment and to comply with the regulations in force. Any modification of the present GTC will be published on the platform with a mention of the update date and will be notified to all members of the My-CoolPay community (user with an account on My-CoolPay) before it becomes effective.
